For a lot of people the task of walking is easy. There is no thought involved, they just do it. I have Charcott Marie Tooth disease, C.M.T. for short. And this is something I really have to think about. What do I think about when I’m walking? It goes something like this… Watch where you’re going! Pick up your feet. Don’t go too fast. Swing your arms. Focus on your feet. Whatever you do, don’t fall. Depending on the distance and and circumstances walking can create anxiety and fatigue for many C.M.T.ers. In the comments let me know what you think about when you try to walk. If you or someone you know has C.M.T. or some other similar disability share and subscribe below.
